Media Specialist

Frontier Vectors is establishing a cutting-edge center of excellence for flying, and studying drones in Estonia and have an established drone consultancy in Tallinn. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to the future of drones. • SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT/RESEARCHER/COORDINATOR

• (NB: Resumes and Cover Letters Need to be in English. The candidate must already live in Estonia too)

• Travel and Representation:

  • Travel within the EU to attend shows, conferences, and other industry events (DRONE/CUAS/MILITARY)
  • Occasionally travel to eastern Estonia to support local operations.
  • Ability to travel to western Ukraine as required (1-2x per year)

• Grant Writing and Proposals:

  • Write and manage grant applications to secure funding for various projects.
  • Assist other team members in crafting compelling proposals.
  • Assist US based clients 

• Public Relations and Administration:

  • Act as the public relations representative for Frontier Vectors, managing communications and media interactions including an aggressive social media platform. Our goal is 10,000,000 followers.
  • Serve as the Chief of Staff, handling administrative tasks, coordinating emails, and organizing meetings with officials and stakeholders.
  • Social Media Coordinator and Creator for Academy

• Some Drone Knowledge (we can teach this too):

  • Evaluate drone systems and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) to ensure they meet operational standards and project requirements. We can teach this.

Detailed duties:

• Creation of monthly indepth newsletter on happenings in Europe

• Creation of weekly recap email to email list
• Managing email list
• Managing, editing and creating social media campaigns
• Assisting in grant writing
• Assisting in meetings or setting up meetings with companies, government, or other representatives
• Social media campaigns on Linkedin, Instagram, Tik Tok
• Growing social media numbers 100,000- 5 million.
• Editing and filming own social media.
• Attending workshops, shows, in and around Europe/USA
• Possible travel to Ukraine (must be able to travel)
• Assistance with trade shows.
• Creation of Chat GPT drone channel (private)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

• Technical Expertise:

  • Basic understanding of drone technology or other high-tech industries (or of high tech).
  • Experience working with startups and deep tech sectors.

• Industry Experience:

  • Proven track record of collaboration with Western companies.
  • Familiarity with working alongside government entities.

• Language Proficiency:

  • High-level proficiency in Estonian and English.
  • Working-level proficiency in Russian is highly desirable.

• Travel Requirements:

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the EU, to eastern Estonia, and occasionally to Ukraine. Must be eligible for travel to the United States

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in program management, grant writing, or public relations is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Frontier Vectors OU was established in 2022 in Estonia and provides drone and investigative consultancy as well as administering executive seminars. In 2024 we started a separate project to develop a drone center of excellence in eastern Estonia and need assistance in continuing to develop the center. We use temporary working spaces in central Tallinn.
