Marketplace B2B Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to be a key contributor to our global success. As the Marketplace B2B Sales Manager, you will play an important role in attracting new Sellers to our Marketplace and managing the onboarding process. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the international e-commerce landscape in the Baltics and Finland.PHH Group includes Kaup24.ee, Pigu.lt, 220.lv, HobbyHall.fi jand Hansapost.ee.

What your work day will look like?​

• Identifying and targeting potential sellers in Estonia to join PHH Group Marketplace;

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract and onboard new sellest to the platform;

• Taking the lead in actively seeking out new prospects, presenting the platform's benefits; 

• Building strong relationships with prospective sellers through various channels;

• Handling Seller's onboarding process, providing guidance and support to sellers;

• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and seller feesback to identify growth opportunities;

• Collaborating with other Marketplace teams to ensure seamless seller experience;

• Representing PHH Group at local/international e-commerce events and networking opportunities.

What our next colleague will be like?

• You have 2+ years proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on acquiring new clients;

• You have solid understanding of e-commerce;

• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• You are able to work independently and take ownership of the onboarding process;

• You are familiar with CRM tools and sales analytics;

• You are fluent in English (written and verbal);

• You are fluent in Estonian (written and verbal);

• Knowledge of Russian (written and verbal) is an advantage;

• You are results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Gross salary range: 2567.43 - 3137.97
