Marketing Project Manager (Finnish speaking)

• Campaign Execution: Launch campaigns, add and adapt native campaign copies, review design materials, and work closely with internal teams and external agencies.
• Drive Local Initiatives: Take charge of local marketing activities and conduct research on regional competitors' market activities.
• Manage SoMe &: Drive our Social Media communication and brainstorm creative ideas. You will work hands-on with Canva to create designs, as well as help plan and execute influencer and User-Generated Content (UGC) projects.
• Manage Newsletter Translations: Coordinate the translation and localization of our newsletters and notifications so the right message reaches our customers in their language.
• Track Results: Analyze campaign performance based on agreed KPIs to see what works and what can be improved.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing project management.
• AI Savvy: A great understanding of AI tools and hands-on experience using them to optimize daily marketing workflows and content adaptation.
• Digital & Content Skills: Proven experience working with Social Media, influencer/UGC projects. Hands-on experience with Canva is highly expected.
• Independent & Organized: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time without losing focus.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Estonian and Finish (both written and verbal) is essential for translation and localization tasks.
• Mindset: A business-oriented thinker who is willing to learn and grow within one of the strongest marketing teams in the Baltic region.
