Marketing Manager / Turundusjuht

We're seeking a visionary, innovative, and dynamic Marketing Manager to helm our marketing operations, drive brand awareness across our diverse portfolio, and take our brands to new heights in Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective, data-driven marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C channels
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-efficiency
• Drive innovation within the team, keep abreast with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices

• Proficiency in data analysis and performance marketing
• Familiarity with European markets and the latest marketing trends
• Strong communication, and team leadership skills
• Capabilities to manage budgets efficiently
• Reliable and taking responsibility
• Desire to learn and contribute
• Proven experience and success in a senior marketing role is a strong advantage; beauty industry preferred
