Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Responsible for creating / coordinating marketing campaigns and analyzing results across all Swissôtel Tallinn marketing channels together with our Commercial Director and Heads of Departments.
Contributing with creative marketing ideas in order to increase sales for Swissôtel Tallinn services.
Creating graphic designs for various marketing materials.
Responsible for hotel social media channels and homepages including content creation (text, images).
Ensure compliance with brand standards within all marketing channels and collaterals.
Coordinating projects such as photoshoots, events etc.
Requirements
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Solid experience as a Marketing Manager or similar position.
Excellent creative, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage effectively multiple priorities and changes with flexibility, timeliness and efficiency.
High level of expertise in digital marketing (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Facebook Ads etc.), design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) and web development tools (Wordpress, Elementor).
Experience in traditional marketing solutions with good copywriting skills.
Estonian and English written and verbal communication skills on high professional level.
Decisive, enthusiastic, creative thinker who thrives under pressure and is detail oriented.
