Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and coordinate marketing campaigns across all Swissôtel Tallinn marketing channels, in collaboration with the Head of Sales & Marketing and Heads of Departments.
• Develop and share creative marketing ideas to drive sales and promote Swissôtel Tallinn’s services and outlets.
• Design and produce marketing materials, both digital and print.
• Manage the hotel’s social media channels and website content, including text, visuals, and regular updates.
• Ensure full brand compliance across all marketing activities, materials, and communications.
• Coordinate and support marketing projects such as photoshoots, media collaborations, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Solid experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with flexibility and efficiency.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, and Facebook Ads.
• Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress/Elementor.
• Good understanding of traditional marketing and copywriting.
• Excellent command of Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
• A decisive, enthusiastic, and creative thinker who performs well under pressure and demonstrates a strong eye for detail.
