Job Description

We are in search for a versatile B2B marketing talent who is willing to prove himself/herself in a new challenging assignment.  Moreover, you should be able to effectively lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Ultimately you will help Mercans to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels, tools and resources.

What you'll be doing?

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution;
  • Experiment with variety of organic and paid acquisition channels;
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our corporate website and blog;
  • Oversee the preparation, update and approval of marketing materials;
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals;
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing;
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
  • Work closely with the business development, technical supporting teams and senior management located in Estonia and Dubai;
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Higher education and practical experience with marketing, sales and business administration:
  • Proven track record of delivering digital campaigns and working in a B2B environment
  • Previous marketing experience with HR outsourcing services, Payroll outsourcing, PEO, ATS, HRMS- and payroll platform or advisory services is strongly desired;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools;
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Any addition foreign language is a bonus.
  • Comfortable working with numbers;
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, HubSpot or comparable CRM is strongly desired
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paces environment.
