Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Lead and support marketing activities that drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth across F&B, Rooms & SPA.

Support the hotel’s marketing activities that drive visibility, guest engagement, and revenue across F&B, Rooms, and SPA.

Take part in planning and executing creative campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Maintain and update website content, social media channels, and online listings to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.

Support performance marketing initiatives, including paid campaigns aimed at increasing traffic, bookings, and conversions.

Coordinate content production, including photoshoots, video shoots, and promotional materials that bring the hotel’s story to life.

Monitor budgets, track campaign performance, and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

Experience in marketing or a similar role.

Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Meta Ads, etc.) and basic design skills (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Familiarity with website management systems (e.g. WordPress) is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English.

Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to develop in a fast-paced environment.
