We are seeking a Marketing Automation Expert with a focus on eCommerce businesses. We are looking for a talented individual who can assist eCommerce companies in placing their customers at the center and engaging with them at every step of their lifecycle by utilizing the latest AI-driven marketing automation tools.
What are the goals and responsibilities of a Marketing Automation Expert?
Given that customer centricity will be your main focus, your daily responsibilities will include ensuring that all captured leads return to the e-store until they make their first purchase. Additionally, it will be crucial for you to establish motivation among existing customers to encourage them to return and make repeat purchases.
Your role will involve auditing existing marketing automation setups for clients, identifying gaps, and suggesting potential improvements for the existing customer lifecycle marketing journey. You will be responsible for consulting and implementing the best available platform to enhance customer experience.
As a Marketing Automation Expert, you will be tasked with defining customer segmentation and setting up marketing automation tools, such as email and SMS sequences, lead capture mechanisms, and notification logic. By collecting and utilizing first-party data, as well as measuring the impact of automations, you will evaluate the conversion rate and customer lifetime value. This will be achieved through collaboration with Analytics, CRO, and Traffic Acquisition colleagues.
