Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant for a fixed term contract based in Tallinn. As part of our passionate Baltics/Partner Services - team we value your entrepreneurial attitude and innovative approach to anything you do.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Supporting both the Digital- and Partner Services -team
• Overseeing social media content and assisting with our social media strategy
• Helping to coordinate and manage projects and events across the Baltics
• Attending and organizing meetings and events as required
• Providing creative input and ideas on various projects
• Building and maintaining relationships with the artists, management and our partners
• Office management: ensuring a smooth-running and welcoming office environment

Requirements:

• You are comfortable working in a team and a self-starter with a tremendous work ethic

• You are a multi-tasking “force of nature” and think out of the box
• You have excellent communication skills both in English and Estonian (written and oral)
• You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple concurrent projects to completion

• You have an affinity for social media networks (FB, IG, YT, Tik Tok etc.) and are a skilled user and know how to grow an audience
• You are no stranger to Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• You are a curious mind and follow current trends
• You are flexible to work outside basic office hours if needed
• You have the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
