Marketing and Sales Coordinator Cosmetic Brands

We are looking for a creative and determined Sales & Marketing Coordinator, passionate about the cosmetics industry. Your role will be to coordinate and implement marketing and advertising strategies on new product launch, supervise the merchandising and presentation of distributed Brands in the Point of Sales throughout Estonia, support the inside sales team, work with the Retail partners.

Job Duties:
• Implement and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns; plan and organize promotional presentations; support in organizing other events.
• Supervision of Cosmetic Brands’ presentation/ merchandising in the Point of sales throughout Estonia.
• Communicate with managers of the Point of sales on daily basis.
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with customers, vendors, agencies and headquarter management and colleagues.
• Supervision of Cosmetic Brands’ presentation/ merchandising in the Point of sales.
• Communicate with managers of the Point of sales on daily basis.
• Close cooperation with local sales staff by providing new product information, sales data, relaying customer services requests and other.
• Providing assistance to the Sales team in order to achieve the company’s goals: giving marketing advice and support for a better understanding of the brand’s voice and personality to determine the most profitable mean of distribution.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordination of Estonian translations.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience required.
• Effective project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Estonian (native).
• Fluent in English (must speak, read and comprehend English).
• Fluent in Russian.
• Experience in Beauty industry is highly desired.
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid drivers’ license.
• Own car would be an advantage.
