AS Sokotel is a subsidiary of SOK Business Ltd, which operates Orginal Sokos Hotel Viru in Tallinn. Located in the best location in Tallinn, Orginal Sokos Hotel Viru offers customers uncomplicated customer service in a central location. As a hotel manager, you will be responsible for the business operations of Orginal Sokos Hotel Viru, its development and act as the hotel's visible figurehead. Your task is to manage the hotel in accordance with the product and service standards of the Sokos Hotels brand. You will ensure an excellent employee experience by guiding your team with a coaching leadership approach and get them to produce unforgettable experiences for our customers. People, growth and development are at the heart of our operations.
Your workplace is located in Tallinn and the work requires travel to Finland. Success in the role requires fluent Finnish, Estonian and English language skills. The person to be selected must have experience and evidence of successful business management, management and implementation of chain concepts, and continuous improvement, especially in the development of efficiency. Knowledge of the accommodation and catering industry and the S Group is considered an advantage.

You will be employed by AS Sokotel in a permanent employment relationship in Tallinn, the employment relationship is subject to local legislation. AS Sokotel is part of the S Group.
