Manager, Marketing and Communications

The purpose of your work is

In the role you will be responsible for the marketing and communication strategies and tactics for our Baltics business segment. You will focus on our business in Estonia but as business partner provide help and guidance for our Latvian business as needed. 

You will be able to apply your earlier experience in successful marketing and communication activities that contribute to the sales pipeline development, customer retention, employer branding and the future success of the common brand of the Group. 

To succeed in this role

• You have the mindset of a structured doer and a curious team player, at least 2 year experience and a degree in marketing and communications to back you up
• You strive for content creation and catchy storytelling that conveys the benefits of our business for various stakeholder groups
• You navigate easily in the digital environments, know Wordpress, email marketing, social media tools and basics about analytics to help you measure and develop your doing 
• You communicate fluently in English and Estonian languages
• You have earlier experience and drive in organizing internal and external events.
