Job Description

Modera is looking for a leaderhsip skilled Management Assistant, who is able to multitask and have excellent people skills. Management Assistant works closely with senior managerial staff and their teams to provide administrative support, help managers to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks and acts as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation. Daily tasks: - administrative coordination between Modera offices & subsidiaries (Estonia, Ukraine, Germany, UK and USA) - preparing and reviewing presentations/proposals and other materials - managing the schedule of management team - looking after meeting and travel arrangements - keeping company paperwork in order - daily communication between Modera offices - organizing team internal communication and keeping up the good spirit

Requirements

- English, Russian and Estonian spoken and written; German and other languages a plus
- 2+ years of Management or Personal Assistant experience
- basic computer user skills
- dedicated and loyal
- self-initiative
- positive and open mindset
- at least high school/college education
- previous working experience in IT is a plus
