Job Description
The Maintenance technical assistant will be responsible for supporting the maintenance department by performing routine tasks, assisting with repair works coordination and ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assistance in scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Coordination of delivery of spare parts and necessary tools to ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensuring effective communication between different departments to promptly resolve emerging issues and coordinate work.
- Updating and maintaining technical documentation for equipment, including user manuals, diagrams, maintenance and repair logs.
- Monitoring equipment operation, tracking key parameters and promptly identifying deviations that may indicate potential problems.
Analyse problems or deficiencies of equipment and develop solutions to resolve them
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in relative technology discipline (mechanical engineering, engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical equipment maintenance and repair
- Technical know-how of mechanical process from hands on experience
- Appreciation ISO Quality Management system
Fluent oral and written English, Russian and Estonian are an advantage
