EveryPay is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is responsible for providing high level customer care in IT related enquiries in fluent Lithuanian and English.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
Hired candidate from abroad will be offered help on relocation.
Be fluent in Lithuanian and English (speaking also Latvian/Estonian would be a great plus)
Have technical intelligence and interest in IT
Enjoy communicating with customers and solving their problems
Have attention to details
Be a enthusiastic self-starter with a never-give-up-attitude
Having experience in IT support or customer care role would be a remarkable advantage
Improve your skills through self-learning and formal training provided by the company

Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday (no shifts)
