Job Description
The main goal of the position is to provide the first line technical support, reseller mobile app LINX related first line IS (solve problems, provide guidance and training) for Linde Gas's agents (partners selling gases in retail market) by phone and email, as well to fulfil duties related to Cylinder Deliver and Equipment Supply processes, manage daily SAP error logs, complaint orders and queries, maintain lost cylinders, place manual delivery notes to the system and reject incorrect orders. You will represent Linde Gas in Lithuanian market and be in contact with Linde Gas’s local units within our region.
Requirements
You have accurate and swift working style, are known for your logical thinking and ability to multi-task.
You are computer literate and take interest in administrative assignments – the concept of routine has a positive meaning for you.
You believe that a great team is the basis for excellence; have a strong client service inclination and are fluent in Lithuanian and English (oral and written).
