Legal/Accounting Assistant

What you will do:

• Prepare legal documents
• Monitor and analyse relevant legislative and regulatory acts and their amendments
• Collect and archive relevant legal documents
• Manage requests for corporate documents and sworn translations
• Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Type, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Communicate with business partners and clients
• Perform any other related assignments

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Sharp eye for details and diligence
• Good planning and analytical skills, ability to work within a dynamic environment and personal initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• You are known to be delivering on what you undertake
• Have a hard-working and proactive attitude and an ambition to add value
• Good orientation in different disciplines
• A degree in Law or Economics is a plus
• Estonian language is a plus

You will be awarded/what we offer:

• Salary from 1200€ gross/per month
