Legal Counsel

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Legal consulting.
• Legal research.
• Preparation of corporate documents.
• Representation of customers during company incorporation and licensing process.
• Assistance with AML measures within the company.
• Communication with customers on a daily basis.
• Communication with the authorities and partners on a daily basis.

• B.A. in Law.
• High motivation to work in international company with challenging every-day tasks.
• Willingness to learn new things about technology law and international law.
• Ability to travel for business.
• Fluency in Estonian and English is a must. All other languages will be considered as an advantage.
• Previous experience is not required. Experience in international law and legal consulting will be considered as an advantage.
