
Job Description
Sutherland is currently seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals for a Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Deployment Lead in Tallinn, Estonia.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the deployment and expansion of Lean Six Sigma across Sutherland Tallinn and other delivery geos for the assigned client program, helping define the strategy and plan, and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that deliver significant business value.
Work with Sutherland business unit Leadership & Client team to define the Lean Six Sigma deployment strategy and plan, including budget, resources, roadmap, measures, and targets.
Ensure alignment of all key Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events with strategic business goals.
Execute or support key initiatives involving multiple functions and program teams to drive process improvement for multiple service offerings, processes, and customers for the assigned business unit.
Act as a key contributor to overall progress updates, escalations, and issue analyses for key stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members to set an example of process improvement innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Advanced degree will be considered an advantage.
- 10+ years’ professional experience as a practicing Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, preferably in the BPO or Services industry.
- Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt) preferred; Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) required.
- Project management certification such as PMP (from PMI) – advantage.
- Experience designing and developing data collection and analysis tools to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of empirical and root-cause analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to identify areas for process improvement.
