Job Description
We are a global software service provider looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building communication with prospects, and supporting the sales process through effective lead generation activities.
- Research potential customers and identify business opportunities;
- Analyze customer needs and present relevant company services;
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication;
- Work with CRM systems: maintain and update customer databases and interaction history;
- Coordinate calls, meetings, and communication between sales managers and clients;
- Support sales and marketing initiatives;
- Use LinkedIn, Upwork, and other lead generation platforms to attract new leads.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales support, or a related field;
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) both written and spoken;
- Practical experience with LinkedIn and/or Upwork;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Experience with lead generation and CRM tools is an advantage;
