• understanding client´s targets and critical success factors, composing assignment
  
• conduct code reviews and architecture audits to external developed system
  
• Quality Assurance for external partners development lifecycle, controlling and evaluating developments outcomes. Validation of Vendors development proposals
  
• analyzing and making architecture decisions of IT Development projects
  
• estimate the correspondence of the assignment and the accomplishment

Requirements

• inimum 5 years practical work experience as software developer
  
• has experience of leading developer team
  
• expert level in .NET C# and T-SQL programming languages
  
• is proactive and has strong analytical skills
  
• good communication and collaboration skills
  
• good command of spoken and written English
  
• capable of working in tense situations
  
• delivery oriented
  
• good orientation in Microsoft family products
  
• higher education in IT
  
• is able and willing to travel across Baltics
