Lawyer

Legalaes is a professional legal company working with business clients interested in expanding their capabilities or starting new ventures. Our team oversees the requirements and regulations in suitable jurisdictions, providing complete solutions.

We are looking for a structured and proactive Lawyer to take ownership of the legal side of client projects. You will be responsible for drafting documents, conducting legal and regulatory analysis, and supporting licensing and compliance processes. You will work closely with project managers, other lawyers, and the sales team, as well as communicate directly with clients whenever legal clarifications or additional information are needed. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and reliability of our legal services and maintaining a smooth client experience.

• Draft and review legal documents (agreements, corporate documentation, internal policies and other documentation, etc.);
• Prepare legal opinions on regulatory, corporate, and compliance matters;
• Develop and adapt document templates and standard forms for ongoing projects;
• Support licensing, registration, and regulatory approval processes in different jurisdictions;
• Conduct legal research on relevant legislation, guidelines, and regulatory changes;
• Analyse client documentation and structures to ensure compliance with applicable requirements;
• Communicate with clients to clarify project realted details and collect information necessary for legal work;
• Participate in client calls together with project managers or your colleagues when legal input is required;
• Cooperate daily with project managers to ensure that legal deliverables are prepared accurately and on time;
• Perform quality checks on legal documents before submission or delivery to the client;
• Maintain internal legal knowledge-base, precedents, and documentation standards.

Who would be a perfect fit?

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage;
• Law degree, additional background in Corporate, M&A, finance, compliance, or international business is an advantage;
• 1–3+ years of experience in a law firm, consulting, compliance, financial, or corporate environment (internships also considered);
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills, ability to structure arguments clearly;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex documentation;
• Confidence in communicating with clients and colleagues, including via email, calls, and video meetings;
• Ability to manage multiple client projects in parallel and meet deadlines;
• Familiarity with Google Workspace/Office, task boards, and collaborative tools, experience with CRM is an advantage;
• Interest in fintech, virtual assets, licensing, and international structures will be considered a strong plus.
