Your responsibilities will include responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

• Proficiency in Latvian (Professional or native level) and English (B2 level - Upper Intermediate); Russian language skills will be a plus;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Previous professional experience in customer service;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills;
