Executive Assistant

• Supporting the executive management in daily operations
• Conducting research, reporting, and managing various documents
• Ensuring the smooth functioning of planned processes and practices
• Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
• Light content-related responsibilities, including proofreading, basic content updates, and drafting press releases

• Previous experience in a versatile executive assistant role or experience in entrepreneurship
• Excellent written and spoken English and/or Finnish skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in all situations
• Confidence in working with various systems and tools
