KYC Infrastructure Manager

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to/you are responsible for:

• Administrating tools and solutions used for supporting efficient and compliant KYC processes;
• Run internal consultations and feedback sessions with subject matter experts and super-users, participate in experience sharing;
• You check for existing gaps between desired state and AS IS state and propose the way forward;
• Administrating and maintaining vendor relationships relevant in KYC processes;
• Act as a contract owner – handle budgeting, agreement changes and termination, billing setup;
• Collaboration with vendors for best overall solution for Swedbank ensuring good user experience and user support;
• Strong cooperation with KYC product owners and Project managers to ensure efficient business process;
• Accountable and responsible for compliance with all internal processes and requirements applicable to using tools for data KYC processes. Also owner of identified risks & mitigation actions implementation;
• Handling operational tasks such as user accesses administration, user support, improvement recommendations, user trainings.

• Experience as a product or contract owner, business analyst working with data;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in economics, business or IT;
• Excellent communication skills in English and one of the local languages (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian), both in writing and speech;
• Analytical skills - understanding of business processes, perform process functional analysis;
• Ability to maintain a holistic view;
• Interest in KYC/AML, data, processes and coordinating;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to be a bridge between vendors, IT and business stakeholders;
• You hold a talent and willingness to manage uncertainty and complexity and you are self-motivated. Experience with agile way of working;
• Solution and result oriented approach, often taking initiative to improve and/or update our tools.
