
Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Compliance and Quality Manager:
• Manage and develop Hansab Group’s quality management system and coordinate it across the group
• Coordinate internal and external audits (e.g., ISO standards) and support audit readiness in all group companies
• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements relevant to the companies’ operations, ensuring compliance and sharing knowledge across the group
• Oversee and enhance internal control systems, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Plan and coordinate internal audits, special reviews, and risk assessments in cooperation with local teams
• Act as a partner to business leaders, supporting continuous compliance, improvement, and risk mitigation initiatives

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or with comparable responsibilities
• A structured and analytical mindset with a strong grasp of business processes
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach — you identify improvement areas and help implement practical changes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information and support colleagues
• Strong digital skills and fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
• A university degree (preferably in business administration, law, quality management, or a related field)
