Key Account Manager

Job Description

• Active sales for new key account customers;

• Develop trusted relationship and productportfolio with major clients;

• Acquire a thorough understanding of keycustomers’ needs and requirements;

• Expand the relationships with existingcustomers by continuously proposingsolutions that meet their objectives;

• Ensure the correct products and services aredelivered to customers in a timely manner;

• Resolve any issues faced by customers anddeal with complaints to maintain trust;

• Represent our organization at tradeexhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Solid experience in key account management(preferably in IT or other technical businessarea);

• Strong communication and interpersonal skillswith aptitude in building relationship withprofessionals of all organizational levels;

• Higher education in business management, ITor engineering;

• Fluent Estonian, good English language skills;

• Ability in problem solving and negotiation, selfsufficiency;

• Willingness to commit and have fun.
