Key Responsibilities?️

We're looking for a driven Channel Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in Estonia —building our partner network, nurturing key relationships, and driving lasting sales results. As our sole representative in Estonia on the ground, you'll enjoy both autonomy and full backing from our Baltic and Nordic teams in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. With their support and close collaboration, you'll shape our market presence and make a real impact in the cybersecurity space. 

  • Drive new partner acquisition across Estonia through targeted prospecting, outreach, and cold calling.
  • Build and grow a high-impact partner network in Estonia.
  • Collaborate with Nimblr's cross-functional teams to execute our channel growth strategy.
  • Manage key partner relationships for long-term mutual success.
  • Meet and exceed defined sales KPIs—monthly, quarterly, annual.

What we are looking for?

  • Based in Estonia, with a valid driving licence and a willingness to travel nationally
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within cybersecurity
  • Proven success in a channel or partner sales role with experience in partner onboarding, enablement and a deep understanding of channel sales strategy and operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High levels of initiative, independence, and persistence
  • Proficient with CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel within Estonia
  • Fluent in both Estonian and English (written and spoken).
  • Bonus: knowledge of any other Baltic or European language.
