Key Account Manager

Job Description

As an independent representative your role is:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), especially in gastroenterology and fertility.
  • Delivering scientific presentations and organizing events, conferences, and lectures.
  • Adapting international marketing strategies to the local market.
  • Monitoring market trends, public tenders, and competitor activities.
  • To support pricing, reimbursement, and market access efforts.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Requirements

Our expectations for a suitable candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in science, biology, medicine, or pharmacy).
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in an originator company.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Estonian.
  • Experience with digital platforms is an advantage (OCE, Veeva, Concur, Workday).
  • Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and take ownership of your work.
