Job Description
As an independent representative your role is:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), especially in gastroenterology and fertility.
- Delivering scientific presentations and organizing events, conferences, and lectures.
- Adapting international marketing strategies to the local market.
- Monitoring market trends, public tenders, and competitor activities.
- To support pricing, reimbursement, and market access efforts.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Requirements
Our expectations for a suitable candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in science, biology, medicine, or pharmacy).
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in an originator company.
- Strong communication skills in English and Estonian.
- Experience with digital platforms is an advantage (OCE, Veeva, Concur, Workday).
- Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and take ownership of your work.
