Key Account Manager

Job Description

Our position as Key Account Manager consists of supporting existing customer relationships, developing new projects with them and ensuring that appropriate processes are in place to support the associated activities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Building strong and trustworthy relationships with our customers
• Managing contracts and price lists as part of Business process management
• Coordinating Business Reviews and internal meetings with a Customer Focus Team (CFT) Lead
• Coordinating the RFQ Process for your accounts - From Initial Costing to Overall Cost Control
• Participating and organising some marketing activities to promote our subsidiary
• Improving our costs - maximizing productivity, both in material BOM value and in-house value-adding processes


• Customer and result oriented
• At least 2 years in a similar position in a production company
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis and price-making
• Eager to be participating in shaping our company culture
