Töö kirjeldus

• Keep and establish the best professional client relationship with B2B Clients
• Work out project fulfillment procedures for new and existing Clients
• Guarantee daily execution of projects in the production by coordinating the team (planning, give instructions, monitoring)
• Participation within price quotations and tender processes. Other administrative duties such as composing reports, inventories, analyzations and invoices.
• Keep track of goods in the Warehouse management system
• Organize purchase, subcontracting and transportation for the projects
• Handle client feedback and guarantee continuous improvement, provide constant follow-up for Partners and Clients, making improvement proposals
• Meets set targets for profitable and quality operational performance

Nõudmised kandidaadile

• We are waiting for both women and men to apply!
• Knowledge within client management, client service
• Experience within logistics, warehousing, packaging or production industry
• Stress and time management skills as client´ demands can vary each day
• Good communication skills with people as you have your own small team to lead
• Administrative mind: good in planning, composing time schedules, detail oriented
• Can-do attitude and team player
• Proficiency in English language is a requirement as well basic skills in Russian. Knowledge in any Scandinavian language is a plus

Company is founded in 2003, based on Swedish capital, has international management team, with 3 MEUR in turnover and employ average 100 employees. E-shop and subscription business field is growing and Boomerang offers a solution to connect a web shop platform with our system so that web shop can focus on sales and marketing and Boomerang performs all other duties (warehousing, packaging, printing an invoice and delivery to end users). As market is in a rapid development therefore we are looking for a new leader to join our team, we are waiting for a Key account manager who likes to take challenges.
