Job Description

This position reports to Country Manager Baltics and it is based in Tallinn.


Position Requirements:
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel (OT).
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new customers.
• Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
• Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
• Driving peak performance and sales success in the country.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with field sales team to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:
The right candidates should possess:
• College degree (Bachelor). Master degree will be considered an extra asset.
• Excellent command of the English language; strong written and verbal skills. Good knowledge of a second language (Russian) would be an extra asset (not mandatory).
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Account Management or Territory Sales from top FMCG Company and display an attitude that is key to success.
• Strong account management and relationship building skills.
• Experience in managing major national accounts at head office level.
• Highly self-motivated & results oriented.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Languages required: Estonian, English.
