Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to strengthen our project and customer team. You will be supporting the Project Managers with processing the orders in ITABs ERP system for purchasing, transportation, coordinating with internal and external companies to ensure projects are completed on time. To be a successful Junior Project Manager, you should have excellent administrative and problem-solving skills.

Your mission for success:

• Coordinate projects by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information in between Productions, Engineering department, Purchasing, external suppliers and service providers.
• Inputting orders using ERP system (JEEVES), ensuring they are processed according to company’s and customer requirement.
• Performing administrative tasks such as: for office needs, preparation of commercial offers, reports, invoices, and similar documents.
• Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
• Researching information when required.
• Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
• Completing any tasks assigned by Project Managers in an efficient and timely manner.

• Experience as a Project coordinator, Customer service specialist for B2B, or in other administrative positions.
• Experience with ERP system.
• Previous experience in furniture industry- is a plus.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Teams).
• Fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
• Well-organized, strong attention to details and responsible with a “can do” attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
