Junior Procurement Specialist

• Planning of purchases according to company requirements.
• Evaluation of existing suppliers and outsource new vendors and goods to ensure best prices.
• Analyse costs and negotiate contract details.
• Input and updating all necessary data into systems.
• Do administrative tasks, create presentations and coordinate department projects.
• Communicating with other departments and colleagues regarding procurement.

• Higher education or final year student.
• Fluent Estonian and English language skills, German knowledge will be an advantage.
• Initiative and quick thinking.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and analyzing skills, ability to achieve results in a team and individually.
• B-category driving license.
• Mobility for training abroad up to 6 months.
