Junior IT Application Support Specialist

• Providing high quality IT support for ABB applications
• Identifying, troubleshooting, analyzing and monitoring technical problems and service requests
• Maintaining and improving existing knowledge base

• Facilitating web-based user trainings and compile “how-to” videos for specific application features and functionalities

• Education in the field of IT and 1+ years of working experience 
• Fluent in English, other language skills are beneficial     
• Good analytical and methodological skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, MS SQL or SAP are beneficial
