Job Description
- Design, develop and implement automation solutions using RPA technologies (e.g. Robocorp) to meet client needs
- Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables
- Monitor and troubleshoot day to day issues, provide timely resolutions and customer support
- Continuously improve and optimize automation solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Being in line with software and industry best practices, learning new skills to improve automation as an IT service
- Support the team to drive the automation and integration solutions, their governance and future
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Visual Basic, Python or any other programming or query language
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of working with agile methodologies, lean thinker
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
- Ability to create and read technical documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Degree in IT is preferred
- Experience working with version control systems such as GitHub, DevOps or GitLab
- Familiarity with Azure and .NET development (any certification would be highly advantageous)
