Job Description

  • Provides day-to-day oversight of desk operations
  • Provides support and guidance to a group of Operators and Traders
  • Learn how to coordinate all operational aspects of physical trading books' activity
  • Ensure Operators safely and cost-effectively turn a physical trade into reality, per the contractual terms
  • Learn to assess operational and business risks, minimizing impacts which may impede success or growth of the Group and escalating those which require additional mitigation

Requirements

  • Attentive to detail
  • Structured with an analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn
  • Pro-active and able to take initiative to complete tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Capable of time management, and the ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances
