Job Description

•Performing relevant duties of a data entry agent of payment requests
•Contributing to the assembling of payment files, coordination and management of financial document flows
•Contributing to the preparation of documents for external and internal audits
•Filing and archiving of documentation
•Assistance in preparation of VAT exemption certificates and contributing to the processing of VAT refund requests to the fiscal authorities
•Supporting the Agency’s asset management


•A level of post-secondary education or a level of secondary education with 3 years of proven professional experience.
•Min 2 years of relevant professional experience from which min 1 year experience in administration or HR or finance or communications or event management or security
•Experiences in the field of administrative work and cooperation in a multicultural environment
•Fluency in English, Estonian language knowledge is considered an asset
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
