Java Software Engineer - Baltic Lending

Are you passionate about creation of Baltic Leasing solutions that will serve customers, internal users and vendors over 3 Baltic countries?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Create solutions with the mission to provide working and easy-to-use technical experience for Leasing Baltic users;
• Develop, test, analyze and maintain applications and systems that is used by internal users, leasing clients and vendors;
• Be involved into analysis and design of new digitalization solutions from business and same time from IT maintenance perspective;
• Build highly reliable solutions using Java, JavaScript, Angular and Spring frameworks and message broker system Kafka;
• Develop and deploy containerized applications;
• Be part of a cross functional Agile team (containing business analyst, software engineers, product owner, scrum master) in the Baltic Lending Division, working together to build and maintain high quality leasing solutions

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Java;
• Experience with developing backend services and awareness about front-end technologies;
• Passion and interest to be a full-stack developer;
• Experience working with relational databases;
• A desire to learn, share with others and applying findings into building new and improving of existing solutions;
• To be a team player;
• Proficient language skills in English (speaking and writing).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
