Job Description

As a part of the support team you are responsible for providing customer service support to our international clients. You should provide the clients with answers and resolution to their problems/questions with the best quality. If you would like to be part of our international team and have all the requirements below send us your CV already today.

Task Description:
• Provide customer service support via phone and email
• Collection and handling of customer data
• Analyze problems and research solutions
• Providing best quality support to customers


Curriculum & linguistic skills
• At least secondary education, IT education is an advantage
• Excellent Italian and English verbal language skills
• High standard of fluency in written communications

Technical skills:
• Basic computer knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Interpersonal skills:
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Willigness to work by schedules and deal with different customers
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team spirited
• Customer service experience

Additional information
