IT SYSTEM ADMISTRATOR

Production IT environment development and maintaining;

Provide user support second level IT support and escalation to third level;

Problem management;

Administrate IT services in production network;

Administrate Monitoring of production servers and production services;

Technical documentation creation;

IT service providing improvement.

College degree in Computer Science or related technical fields;

Experience and good knowledge of domain administration;

Experience and good knowledge of IT technologies (hardware and software, LAN, databases);

ITIL Knowledge;

Critical thinking and problem solving skills;

Abilities in job estimation and problem solving;

Innovative and adaptable, team player;

Good spoken and written English and Russian. Knowledge of Estonian is a plus;

Good communication skills;

Experience in similar position;

Minimum 2 years experience in similar role and position.
