Job Description
Your role is to help users in the Saint-Gobain Nordic and Baltic Region with IT related topics. The team supports users with various issues encountered during their work in Saint-Gobain, physically On-site in their own environment. IT On-Site support is part of IT support, and acts on behalf of IT support, when physical presence is needed. You will be in close interaction with theend-users either by phone, PC remote control, e-mail or physically, meaning that the person needs to be customer service oriented and be able to communicate in a clear and structured way. The job also requires accuracy to manage all changes in the different tools and systems. Onsite visits are an integral part of the work which means that driver’s license and travelling within the Baltic countries are required.
We expect:
- IT education and IT related work experience
- Fluent in English and Estonian. Additional Nordic or Baltic language is considered as a benefit
- Ability to work independently and selfdriven
- Technical IT troubleshooting skills

- Ability to travel within the Baltics
