Job Description
• To support customer in solving IT related questions and problems over the phone and by e-mail in Finnish and partially in Swedish languages
• To register client contacts, analyze them, find best possible solution and provide ustomer with nessecary help and information;
• To maintain data accuracy in databases and follow the instructions.

Requirements
• You speak Finnish and Swedish at good level;
• You have good communication skills;
• You wish to understand and help the customer;
• You like to work in a team;
• You can aquire new information fast and would like to develop yourself in IT area.
