IT project manager/analyst

We are looking for a passionate person who could take our core product development into next level. We would especially love to see a person who has
been able to grow a product from something small into something large.

The main tasks of the Appointee are to:
• Manage overall product development following agile principles
• Gather, analyse, systemise and represent feature and product development ideas and requests
• Develop business case/forecasts for the product development and implementing necessary KPIs
• Prioritize and sequence the product development road-map according to business value
• Manage the growth and motivation of technical development team

The Appointee needs to possess and develop the following skills:
• Extensive experience in project management in multi-national/lingual environment
• Ability to identify requirements and translate into operational plans
• Good understanding of new technologies, design strategies and latest consumer trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Estonian
• Proficient in project management software

The Appointee would preferably have a certificate in project management.

• salary starting from 1,800 to 2,200 euro net depending on experience
