Job Description
- assume ownership of assigned IT products used by DPD Operations, starting from: shipment scanning solution renewal and implementation of the routing optimization solution for couriers
- Identify opportunities to leverage your product portfolio to address the business needs and drive business value;
- develop, own, execute and manage IT products roadmap in line with the DPD business strategy, defined requirements, quality and user experience standards;
- cooperate with external and internal customers and stakeholders to manage products vision, strategy and features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering, analyst, product/service management, or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability to define and deliver products
- proven previous experience working with a software delivery team
- strong understanding of project management lifecycle/business processes/ technology components and of software development and maintenance principles;
- experience in engaging business stakeholders and translating needs into requirements and managing third-party suppliers;
- effective communication /facilitation/visual communication skills;
- fluent English language skills;
- experience in the logistics sector would be an advantage.
