We have developed ourselves a solid and practical Human Resource Management Software. We would like to separate software development from our main business and create a separate business unit, new brand etc. Product itself is 90 % ready and in use. We are looking for a selfdriven person to run the product development as we want to keep building, improving it!
Looking for a person who would have fenomenal eye for details and who would understand the ins and outs of best UX.
- Lead the vision and strategy, development and launch of innovative products
- Manage our developers
- Explain product updates and changes to internal teams and other stakeholders
- Manage priorities efficiently, outline milestones and deliverable, and identify opportunities and risks
- Develop and maintian appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
- Help to develop user manuals, marketing materials.
Requirements
- Have a proof of working experience in project managment with software development teams
- Are great at building and maintaining positive relationships with a variaty of internal as well as external partners
- You have an analytical mind coupled with methodical approach
- Have a very good communication and problemsolving skils
- Good understanding of marketing basics and user experience
- Ability to coach, support and coordinate the development team, to make things happen
- Experiance or knowledge about JavaScript, Python, Django, AWS, React etc.
- Master in Jira.
- Capable of managing development SCRUM ceremony
- You are motivated and not scared by new challanges
- Are proficient in English
