IT Junior Specialist

We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to provide first‑line technicalassistance to employees. In this role, you will help users resolvehardware, software, and basic network issues, ensuring smoothday‑to‑day IT operations. This position is ideal for someone starting theirIT career and eager to learn in a supportive environment.

• Provide IT support to end users via ticketing system, email, phone, or inperson
• Diagnose and resolve basic issues
• Assist with user account management (password resets, accessrequests, onboarding/offboarding)
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or relevant teams whenrequired
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures
• Support basic network troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, VPN)
• Assist with software installations, updates, and asset tracking

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Good English and Russian skills
• Entry‑level IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA ITF+, A+,Microsoft Fundamentals)
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
