IT Helpdesk Specialist

CGI Estonia is looking for YOU, IT Helpdesk Specialist, to join our in-house IT team and provide internal support for all employees and contractors. You will
- Handle all our computers, software and other IT devices;
- Handle help desk escalations through tickets or phone;
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution;
- Manage accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process;
- Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms;
- Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.

For that, you will need:
- Professional vocational education or previous work experience
- Good knowledge of Windows 7/10 / Server (knowledge of Linux operating system will be beneficial)
- Good understanding of computer networks
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Estonian and English languages; excellent planning/organizing, problem solving and analytical skills.
