We are looking for highly driven, enthusiastic self-starters who have had previous customer facing IT support experience supporting multiple IT networks.

You MUST have good written and spoken English.

The role encompasses remote & onsite work, troubleshooting clients day to day issues & regular maintenance to conducting migrations & project rollouts.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest & greatest technology & software (RMM tools, Virtualisation, Managed Services, Cloud Computing & more).
• Server 2008/2008R2/2012 Experience
• SMB Routers/Switches/Networking
• Cisco or similar switching & routing experience
• Advanced Troubleshooting Skills (Desktops/Servers)
• VMware or HyperV Certifications and experience
• Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, VPN, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server & Internet Technologies
• Server & Network Maintenance
• Previously used Remote Management & Monitoring system (Kaseya, Connectwise, Labtech, or similar)
• Fantastic client facing communication & interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Certified Professional
